Reasons to buy in season

Cost-effective
In season fruit and vegetables are better value-for-money

You can taste the difference
Remember how fruit and veges used to taste when you were a kid?   Thats how ours taste!

Vitamin-rich
Fruits and vegetables start to lose nutrients immediately after they are harvested, so the best produce is that which is the freshest.

Produce that has been transported over long distances overseas or cross-country can not compete with locally grown produce for freshness, taste and nutritional value.

Peace of mind
The problem with buying your fruit and vegetables from the shops is that you don't know how long they have been sitting on the shelves, or how long they have been sitting in the back before they got shelved.

The other problem is the 50 or so people that were in there before you, poking and prodding the produce to see if it's ripe or not.

M & M Fresh Produce eliminates these problems.
